How to Withdraw From a Crypto Casino Without Delays: A Checklist

Updated 2026-10-27 · by BoosterHand Editorial

Most stuck crypto casino withdrawals have one of five causes: an active bonus, a KYC check, a wrong network, a limit, or a manual review. Check all five before you deposit, not after you win.

1. Read the bonus terms before accepting anything

If a bonus is active, your balance is usually locked until the wagering requirement is met. Two clauses matter most:

  • Wagering requirement — for example 40x the bonus. On a 100 USDT bonus that is 4,000 USDT of bets before you can withdraw. Use our wagering calculator to see the real cost.
  • Maximum bet while wagering — breaking it can void the bonus and its winnings.

If you only want fast withdrawals, decline the welcome bonus.

2. Know the KYC trigger in advance

“No KYC” casinos usually mean no KYC by default. Most still reserve the right to ask for ID — typically above a cumulative withdrawal threshold, after a large win, or when their risk system flags an account. Find the casino’s AML or KYC policy and note:

  • the amount that triggers verification;
  • which documents are requested (ID, proof of address, source of funds);
  • how long review usually takes.

Our reviews list the documented KYC policy and its source for every casino.

3. Use the right coin and the right network

USDT exists on several networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Solana and others). The casino’s withdrawal form and your wallet must use the same network. Sending on a network your wallet or exchange does not support can make the funds unrecoverable. If you are unsure, read TRC20 vs ERC20 vs BEP20.

Some coins (XRP, XLM, some exchange deposits) also require a memo or destination tag. Missing it is one of the most common causes of “lost” withdrawals to exchanges.

4. Check limits and fees

  • Minimum withdrawal — small balances may be below it.
  • Daily / weekly maximum — large wins can be paid in instalments.
  • Fees — some casinos pass on only the network fee, others add their own.

5. Send a small test first

Before withdrawing a large amount to a new wallet, withdraw a small amount and confirm it arrives. It costs one network fee and removes most address and network risks.

If your withdrawal is pending

  1. Check the casino’s cashier history: is it pending, processing or sent? If sent, find the transaction hash and check it in a block explorer.
  2. Check your email for KYC or verification requests.
  3. Contact live support and ask for the specific reason and expected time. Keep screenshots.
  4. If there is no answer within the stated time, escalate in writing and note the date. Licensed operators must have a complaints procedure; check their terms for the regulator or dispute service.

Quick checklist

  • No active bonus (or wagering finished)
  • KYC threshold known; documents ready
  • Same coin and same network on both sides; memo/tag if needed
  • Amount within min/max limits
  • Small test withdrawal to a new address
